The approximately 69 km long route from Aigen-Schlägl offers varied ascents and descents through the Mühlviertel and leads along idyllic side roads and small villages such as Haslach, St. Peter and Waxenberg.
The tour starts in Aigen-Schlägl and leads along quiet side roads through Baureith to Haslach an der Mühl. Via the B38 and a short stretch along the Große Mühl, you reach Iglbach, from where the steady climb to St. Peter am Wimberg begins. Via St. Johann am Wimberg, the route heads downhill to St. Veit im Mühlkreis and then uphill again to Waxenberg. The route continues downhill through small villages such as Fürling and Piberstein to Helfenberg. Via Unterriedl and Raiden, the route leads back to Haslach an der Mühl and finally along the Lichtenauerstraße back to the starting point in Aigen-Schlägl.
