Description: The route between Vierzehn and Waldandacht has been rerouted due to the construction of the S10 motorway. Please follow the new signposting! Thank you for your understanding!

The start and also the first highlight of this round is the city of Freistadt;

From the town square, you leave Freistadt through the Böhmertor gate. A gentle climb takes you to Vierzehn. Through a beautiful section of forest, with varied path conditions and an undulating profile, you reach the second highlight, the church in Sankt Peter, which is about 100 meters from the route. After a quick descent, the next ascent follows. Once you reach the top, you have a perfect view of the town of Freistadt. Eight kilometers of flat terrain await before the last long uphill section. Before heading back to Freistadt, you ride through the former Zelletau military training area. From there, the route leads downhill back to the start.

Around 35% of the route is on natural trails, while the remaining 65% is on paved paths and asphalt (13%).
