Hiking trail to the scarps of the Schwarzenbergischer Schwemmkanals (Schwarzenberg log flume).

0 km Marketplace Haslach. From the marketplace to the Old Tower continue to the main road - cross it, straight ahead on Bergstraße, after about 200 m turn left towards Jaukenberg.

1,6 km view to Haslach and to the castle Lichtenau and Berg near Rohrbach. Continue on the road to Jaukenberg through the Bärenholz past the Nußbaumerhof and along the meadow path to the

3.9 km walk to the Zarghof farm. Past the farm, on the asphalt road downhill towards Unterurasch. After the bridge, continue to the right along the Zwettlbach stream to the bee hut. Shortly after the Bienenhütte, go left up the slope. After a short hike you meet a road, here continue to the right, slightly hilly through the forest. Just before leaving the forest, cross the ditch to the right and walk up the opposite slope. At a right angle, continue left along the meadow path and then turn right and walk towards the forest. From there it goes steeply downhill to the

6.6 km boundary stone, which was set during the mapping and demarcation of the border under Josef II, and continue to the steep steps of the Schwarzenberg alluvial canal. With thunderous roar the logs fell down here at the time of snowmelt in the riverbed. It was one of the most dangerous places for the loggers, because when the logs got wedged here, the following logs were often thrown meters high into the air.

7,7 km At the resting place cross the Morau to St. Oswald.

9.2 km In St. Oswald downhill on the road to Almesberg, continue on the meadow path to Schwackerreith and then on the road

11.5 km to the Furtmühle mill. Here old trade routes crossed. One led from Aigen along the Gr. Mühl here, the more important one was a salt route, the connection between Rohrbach and South Bohemia.
A tollbooth was established at the Furtmühle. Cross the Große Mühl and continue
continue on the road to Gattergaßling. In the village turn left and shortly turn slightly right onto the meadow path. At the entrance to the forest, continue to the left after the access road to the Große Mühl.

15.6 km Kranzling leisure center and continue to

16.5 km back to Haslach.
