Pleasant tour to the blue Danube. Thanks to the flat profile, the tour is also suitable for road bike beginners.

With just two ascents and about 750 vertical metres, this a very nice and worthwhile tour.

From Wels along the Traun as far as Marchtrenk, to Holzhausen over long ridges up to Dörnbach, over the Danube at the Ottensheim power station, along the cycle path to Aschach.

Fisherman's Museum, “Danube Cycle Path Centre”, beautiful outdoor cafés right on the Danube. Through the vegetable garden "Eferdinger Landl", over the Schartner ridges, to Wels.
