COURSE CONTENT & PROCEDURE
The Attegauer Kinderopernwerkstatt project shows new ways in terms of holistic musical
promotion. Excellently trained instructors in the field of children's music theatre strive to put their
experiences into practice together with the children. Particularly pleasing: a former long-time participant in the children's opera workshop, Matthias Starzinger - from the Attergau/Attersee region - has been writing the stories and the script for
us for the children for a few years now.

Children aged 8 and over work together with the instructors to create a musical theatre during this week. The framework of the story is predetermined, but there is plenty of room for the children's ideas
Under the guidance of dedicated music teachers and actors, they will
sing and play music together, rehearse scenes and learn stage tricks. The goal is the final performance
at the end of the week.

The people of Attergau are desperate: ever since Prince John has been living in Guckl Castle, they have been getting worse and worse.
Together with his henchmen, he takes the last pennies out of the residents' pockets and keeps all the money for himself. Fortunately, Robin Hood comes to their rescue. Together with his merry
companions, he wants to take on Prince John - will he succeed?
