Our house is located at 800 m above sea level on a quiet hill surrounded by woods. The town of St. Stefan is ca. 5 min away on foot. Shopping, bank, guesthouse with a large playground, wellness facilities, cross-country skiing trails, ... are located nearby.
The lush meadows, the green forests - the magnificent panoramic view over mountains and valleys all the way to the mountain range will inspire you, as well. Just enjoy, look and refuel on new energy. Or accept the invitation of nature and find recreation.

coming from LINZ: B126 to “Bad Leonfelden” - further in the direction of “Rohrbach” on the B38 (ca. 17 km) - curve right onto the L1544 towards “Raiden” - after 2.5 km (in the curve shortly before the town entrance), follow the green sign “Haus Pürmayr” - after 200 m at the 2nd house on the right, you have reached your destination!
coming from PASSAU: on the B338 towards Austria / “Rohrbach” - (curves into the B38 on the Austrian side) - further on in the direction of “Freistadt” - curve left after “Haslach a.d. Mühl” onto the L1544 towards “St. Stefan a. Walde - after ca. 2.5 km (in the curve shortly before the town entrance), follow the green sign “Haus Pürmayr” - after 200 m at the 2nd house on the right, you have reached your destination!
