Graveltour Northside | Impulshotel Freigold

You start directly at the Hotel FREIGOLD in Freistadt heading north and cycle out of the city in a relaxed manner. Via St. Peter, the route follows a mixture of quiet side roads, gravel paths and forest passages in the Mühlviertel region, with typical hilly terrain, meadows and plenty of peace and quiet. One of the most beautiful sections of the tour awaits in the Dreißgen area: small country lanes, short climbs and flowing passages where gravel bikes and e-MTBs really get their money's worth. You then enter the wild and romantic Thurytal valley, where you ride along the Feldaist river through granite formations and dense greenery back towards Freistadt's main square. The tour ends there in the middle of the historic old town - perfect for a coffee, ice cream or a cool drink before the last few meters back to FREIGOLD.
A varied circular tour with lots of nature, moderate altitude and a high fun factor, ideal for gravel beginners as well as sporty pleasure riders.
