Ski tour Maria Neustift - Glasenberg

Directions:
From the starting point, a green house right next to the main road, the trail leads across open slopes to the Glasner Hütte. From there, keep right, cross the lift track (take particular care here) and continue through a short section of forest until you reach a weekend house.

Follow the forest road for another 200 meters and then turn left. Between two weekend houses you reach the ski slope and finally, keeping to the right, you reach the summit cross of the Glasenberg with a bench. The descent follows the ascent route, but with several variants in the ski area.

Safety guidelines:
Every tour should be well planned and prepared. Good equipment with avalanche transceiver, shovel and probe is essential. Weather forecasts, avalanche warnings and safety instructions must be observed.
