The S201 Höllgraben Trail is part of the S238 Kriemoosalm loop and is a natural shared trail at the foot of the Predigstuhl in Bad Goisern.

Short S1 single trail located below the Lesehotel Predigstuhl and ending at the Predigstuhl Panorama Road. In combination with the S238 Kriemoosalm loop, this is a worthwhile change from the forest roads in the Salzkammergut. After long periods of rain, the trail can be very wet and sometimes small streams form across the path.
Approved by the Austrian Federal Forests with the Inneres Salzkammergut Tourism Association. Maintained and reshaped by the ASKÖ Dirtbike section - many thanks for this.
The trail is shared by bikers and hikers, as honorary bikers we show consideration for others and thus ensure that there are no conflicts with other nature users, making future clearances possible .

Getting there
Where would you like to reach us from? The region is about 3 hours away from Vienna. You can easily reach the four villages via the A1 highway by taking the Regau exit. The B145 federal highway will then take you to us. From Salzburg you drive about 1 hour on the B158 highway to us in the region! From Villach it takes about 2 hours via the A10 and the B166. From Graz also approx. 2 hours via the A9 and the B145.
Public TransitTour starts in Bad Goisern at Jodschwefelbad train station or from Bad Goisern train station and Bad Goisern municipal office.
ParkingPark&Ride (free parking for bikers even without a train ticket <3 ÖBB) Jodschwefelbad train station - tour entry via Uphill/Singeltrail .
