AMERIKA-ERTLBERG-RUNDE | INNVIERTEL exercise arena
Experience America right on your doorstep - on an idyllic hike through the beautiful landscape of Eitzing in the Innviertel exercise arena. The "Amerika-Ertlberg-Runde" takes you on a route of around 6 kilometers over gentle hills. This tour is ideal for leisure hikers looking for a relaxing hike with views and easy climbs.
The hike begins in the village center of Eitzing. After just a few steps, you will discover the unusual name of the route: "America". This name has historical roots and brings a bit of wanderlust directly to the Innviertel - without you having to travel far.
From Eitzing, the route first climbs gently uphill towards Ertlberg, which after a short ascent offers you a wonderful panoramic view of the surrounding meadows and forests. On a clear day, you can admire the rolling hills of the Innviertel region and perhaps even the distant Alps on the horizon.
The return leg of the route finally takes you back to Eitzing.
