Beautiful hike to the Rohrauerhaus at 1,308m

From the car park, you walk past the Bosruckhütte hut along the path, initially through the forest. Halfway along, the slopes on the left and right become more open and there are great views of the Pyhrgas and the Bosruck.
Where the forest path makes a sharp right turn, the snowshoe hiking trail continues straight ahead through a forest aisle to the Rohrauerhaus.
Downhill, follow the ascent track. The time indicated refers to the entire route.

TIP:
From the Rohrauerhaus to the Pyhrgasgatterl is just a stone's throw away. This marks the border between Upper Austria and Styria.

Accessibility / arrival

Turn off directly in Spital am Pyhrn in the direction of "Dr. Vogelgesang Klamm" and follow the Borsruckhütte goods road to the car park below the Bosruckhütte. (chains are compulsory on the Bosruckhütte goods road in winter driving conditions)
