Vitalpath

Start is at the Europaplatz directly in front of the Tourist-Info. Here you can get information on the overview board or you can pick up the map "Bewegungsarena" directly at the Tourist-Info.
The path leads over the Badstraßen bridge, past Cafe Viktoria and on through the ÖBB Arena underpass into the center of Bad Schallerbach. There, the photogenic dandelion fountain awaits you, as well as the Badstraße with all its restaurants and stores. After a straight course we leave the town hall square with a view of the town hall with the Heimatstube on the left and cross the state road straight ahead. The path then leads slightly uphill through the hollow way and on a narrow asphalted hiking trail towards the elevation "Am Hochfeld". Before that, however, turn right towards Wallern and hike along the road at the same altitude with a beautiful panorama. Together with the panorama path and the Schönau path, the hiking trail turns left into a field path and climbs more and more. After a while you have reached the highest point and the Mostschank "Am Hochfeld" is directly on the route for a rest. Then the path follows the ridge further through the forest and arriving at a clearing turn left again downhill. After the gravel road, turn right onto a meadow path and hike comfortably with a view of the church of Schönau. There the path leads to the left in the direction of Bad Schallerbach past a beautiful farm where the annual Mostkost takes place.
