Starting from Grünbach, you ride a small part of the "Kernland Trophy" route for the first three kilometers.

A beautiful forest path takes you to the Feldaist. Along this and over slightly ascending terrain you reach Lichtenau. After a stretch of asphalt, you reach a short but steep ascent. Back in Lichtenau, the longest ascent of this loop awaits with three kilometers uphill. After the effort, you are rewarded with a beautiful distant view. The slightly undulating profile takes you to Mitterbach. Cycle through the village of "Oberrauchenödt" until the final descent. Then you cycle back to the starting point with a beautiful view of Grünbach.
