"Crisp climbs and descents with a view of the Alps"

Asphalt/gravel/forest paths, some single trails, hardly any pushing sections

The circular route of the 3 Täler Classic Marathon leads mostly on forest and gravel roads as well as on goods roads through the marvellous landscape of the Mühlviertel. This panoramic route is also suitable for leisure cyclists, although the metres in altitude should not be underestimated. The circular route can also be shortened and cycled in a 22 km loop.

Some parts of the route lead across private land during the 3 Täler Classic Marathon race event, which may only be used during this period during the race!

From the start at the Windhaag town square you ride along the monastery church towards the NE past the former prioress wing of the Dominican convent and then right down through the Windhaag castle moat, the Kemettal valley towards Rechberg and through the Naarntal valley back to Windhaag.

The circular route can also be shortened and cycled in a 22 km loop.

Nature is always there for us. So it is only fair that we are there for nature too.
