Historically interesting, but challenging hike due to steep climbs.
ROUTENVERLAUF: Initially downhill from the town centre to the Neufelden reservoir, then flat along the reservoir. After the former cardboard factory, cross the Große Mühl and climb steeply (21%) to Pürnstein Castle. After Pürnstein, the route descends and climbs sharply to the former Neufelden clothing factory. Then you reach the Neufelden railway station and a steep climb back to Neufelden.
