Along the forest edge, gently ascending through the forest to Spadenberg (1,000 m), then slightly steeper downhill to the Spadenberg Chapel (rest area) and around the mountain on the forestry road (also MTB route) on the right-hand side back to the starting point.
Hiking trail: E54
Directions:The path first leads over a meadow and along the forest edge, then gently ascending in the forest to Spadenberg (1,000 m). From here it goes briefly a bit steeper downhill to the Spadenberg Chapel (rest area). From there, follow the forestry road (also MTB route) on the right-hand side to a junction where you turn right again. On this path you walk until the trail branches off from the forestry road on the left. This path leads through the forest and then over a meadow back. The last section is walked on the road past the alpine farmer back to the starting point. The last section can also be shortened by going up through the forest to the initial hiking trail.
Variations: If you follow the hiking trail towards Maria Neustift/Glasenberg at the Spadenberg Chapel, you can enjoy a beautiful meadow and forest path on the one hand and continue around or over the Glasenberg (magnificent panoramic view) on the other (E33, E33a, or E33b).
