This hike leads from the Trattenbach train station through the museum village via the service road steadily uphill to the Hinterweyrmaier farmhouse and from there steeply up to the Sulzböden, where the trail merges into the continuation trail 404/409. Some variants offer the possibility for loops with splendid views.

Directions:From Trattenbach train station, the path leads through the Feitelmacher valley, past the stations of the eponymous museum village to the woodturning workshop and wire hut. It then continues along the service road steadily uphill to the Hinterweyrmaier farmhouse and from there steeply up to the Sulzböden. Here the trail joins continuation trail 404/409 and continues to the Grünburger Hut.
Detour to Hochbuchberg (1,273 m)
Variant: via trail no. 15 and over Gscheid onto trail no. 404/409 to Sulzboden and onwards to the Grünburger Hut or via Schreibbachfall (no. 21) and trail 480a to the Buchberg Hut and further on trail 480 to Sulzboden.
