The JohannesRITT through the Mühlviertler Alm horse region.
Experience the adventure of REST between nature and balance - 110 km of enjoyment
Time in the open air, time on the back of a horse, time with friends - and finding inner peace in the process.
The Johannesweg has enjoyed great popularity as a hiking trail since 2012. Now the 12 Johannesweg stations are also easily accessible for riders.
The JohannesRITT offers nature and horse lovers the opportunity to restore their own balance far away from the stresses of everyday life.
Switch off, reflect and blossom is the motto.
Riding quietly through the Mühlviertler Alm, you will also discover many a treasure that remains hidden from those who pass by too quickly - so keep your eyes open for your personal power spots.
There are two ways to tacklethe 110-kilometre JohannesRITT- either you organise your own accommodation for people and animals, or you book the ride as a package with one of our equestrian businesses. Within four, five or six days, you will pass all twelve Johannesweg stations. The hiking trail only partly coincides with the bridleway.
