KTM Kobernaußerwald mountainbike arena

Flowing descents, crisp climbs and the beautiful Innviertel landscape with the Kobernaußerwald recreation area await cyclists on the new MTB attraction.

The KTM Kobernaußerwald mountainbike arena is the merger of the four communities of Maria Schmolln, Treubach, Höhnhart and St. Johann am Walde to form a MTB circuit for the whole family.

The KTM Kobernaußerwald mountain bike arena includes a total of 80 km of uniformly signposted mountain bike trails. The one-way signposted 55.5 km long circuit with about 1400 meters in altitude leads through the Kobernaußerwald and the municipal areas of Maria Schmolln, Höhnhart, St. Johann am Walde and Treubach. If you want to take it easy, you can use the marked shortcuts.

The circuit can be tackled in the center of all four communities. It is also possible to access the route from Mattighofen - directly from the KTM bicycle headquarters.

The routes in Treubach and Höhnhart lead mainly on secondary roads and forest paths with little traffic through the Kobernausserwald. In St. Johann am Walde and Maria Schmolln everything is offered that makes a mountain biker's heart beat faster, namely flowing descents, crisp climbs and technical challenges.
