From Gahberg on Richtberg (Kreuzing Alm)

This hike connects two pilgrimage chapels - and leads from the Gahberg Chapel to the Richtberg Chapel.

From the car park at the Gahberkapelle, walk past the two farms towards Schaffling and Kreuzing Alm.
At the crossroads  Kreuzing Alm Reindlmühl, turn right and follow the road slightly downhill for a short distance to the signpost for the Richtberg. The start is narrow and steep. Then it goes through the forest and after a longer ascent you come to the forest road that leads to the pilgrimage chapel. This is a special place to linger, the chapel invites you to stop and reflect and you have a magnificent view of the Traunstein and Lake Traunsee.
