The trail leads from the village centre through the romantic Eschelbach valley, through the forest up to the Burgstall farmhouses. The "Griabstein" and the "Predigtstuhl" invite you to take a break, from where hikers can let their gaze and soul wander into the vastness of the Mühlviertel hills. The route returns to Herzogsdorf via Holzwies and Hubertuskapelle.
