The tarot was presented in the Attergau to the Renaissance – and you are also presented. We offer a fantastic Combination of sports and games – A cycling experience for gamers: The Tarot - cycling path!


Tarot, the game from the kings has an own bicycle route and connect 7 villages with their guesthouses. The starting point is in St.Georgen at "Haus der Kultur" (Attergaustraße 31), along the graveyard wall, in direction Aumühle and along to Reichenthalheim (stop for refreshments/meals: Gasthof Nussbaumer).
The journey leads you over the village Haid to Vöcklamarkt via the train station (with the bike through the underpass) - stop for refreshments/meals: GH Fellner. Pass at the historical Haushamer Feld and then the path leads you to Ziegelhaid (stop for refreshments/meals: Ziegelstube), Außerreith and Fornach are the next stations ((stop for refreshments/meals :GH Lohninger) After the village Doppelmühle (GH Doppelmühle), Piereth and Pointen you reach Frankenmarkt (stop for refreshments/meals: GH Kogler & G Post). After a short distance on the main street you turn left in direction Weißenkirchen and reach the Freudenthaler Ache.
Then after a steep rise you range Weißenkirchen im Attergau (GH Eitzinger). Follow the main street and pass Hölleiten, Röth, Pössing and Thanham. In the village Kogl you can make a pause at the GH Spitzer.
Over the Koglberg you come to Thalham, then to Bergham and finally to Straß (GH Stampf). Over Buch and Lohen the path leads you back to St.Georgen.
You can pass the Tarockradweg in both directions!
