Around the Wachtberg
From the parking lot at the fire station, the route leads past the church toward Wachtberg. In front of the Hubertus House, the trail branches off to the left onto Auweg.
After passing the Bruckbacher adventure farm, the route follows Tiefgrubstraße to the right. Following the yellow signs, you’ll reach an intersection where the trail branches off to the right into the small hamlet of Alexenau.
The Dr.-Gleißner-Weg, also known as the Weyregger Wasser Roas Weg, then leads back to Weyregg am Attersee.
On the final stretch to Weyregg, magnificent views of Lake Attersee open up time and again. At the Schahö Fountain, you can enjoy a “Kneipp-style espresso” in the form of a refreshing arm bath.
