This way is an additional alternative of the forest educational trail. Starting point is the mountain station of the cable car "Grünberg".Follow the forest educational trail till a swale. Turn left till Hochgschirr. At the top of Hochgschirr you will have an impressive view to the mountain "Traunstein, to the lake "Traunsee", the "Höllengebirge" and sometimes till the mountain "Dachstein".

from the highway: departure Regau-B 145 in the direction of Bad Ischl-through the center of Gmunden-across the bridge "Traunbrücke"-turn right to the cable car "Grünbergseilbahn".
