For this hiking tour it's the best to park your car near "Franzl im Holz" in Gmunden.
The hiking tour starts near the last house "In die Klamm". After a barrier you have to walk across a greenfield, than through a forest till the end of a forest road. Than follow the way till the forest road "Laudachsee Forststraße". Than it takes 30 minutes to the lake "Laudachsee". Starting point: Franzl im Holz (In der Klamm)

from the highway: departure Regau- B 145 in the direction of Bad ischl-through the center of Gmunden-across the bridge "Traunbrücke"- straight ahaid till the traffic circle- take the first gateway-than straight ahaid till Gasthof Engelhof-in front of the Garsthof turn right till Franzl im Holz.
