From the Scheiblingau parking lot, walk along the Krummen Steyrling on the forest road to the Jagahäusl. Already the starting point Bodinggraben is worth a trip. The water-spouting "Maul-auf-Loch", the former hermitage, the stately forester's lodge and the romantic Anna chapel lend this valley a special charm.
On the ascent to the Ebenforstalm on trail no. 472 you will see where this ditch gets its name from: Washouts in the rock caused by the water - so-called vats (vernacular "Bodinge") - characterize the gorge landscape. At the Ebenforstalm (open from the beginning of May to the end of October), a tasty snack awaits every hiker.
Those who still have enough strength can continue hiking to the Alpstein (1,443 m) and the Großer Trämpl (1,424 m). Here, a magnificent panoramic view of the Sengsengebirge and the Hintergebirge awaits you. After this summit climb, you will hike back to the valley via the Schaumbergalm. In the "Jagahäusl" it is worthwhile to take a break. The hut snack and a glass of cider really round off the hiking experience.
Along the Krummen Steyrling you reach the forest road and after a short walk back to the parking lot.
From Molln you reach the Scheiblingau parking lot in the Bodinggraben, from where the hike starts upstream to the Jagahäusl. At the Jagahäusl, the hike leads on a trail to the Ebenforstalm (open from the beginning of May to the end of October).
The trail continues to the Alpstein (1,443 m) and to the Trämpl (1,424 m). After the summit victory you still hike via the Schaumbergalm back into the valley to the Jagahäusl and along the Krummen Steyrling back to the starting point.
