Description:
Due to maintenance work on the Donaulände, the section between the new boat ramp and the Hakenbuhne (former sports field) is closed within the municipality of Engelhartszell. This affects the hiking trail to Oberranna.
You can start this hike below the road maintenance depot, via the former sports field near the Hakenbuhne.
The closure begins on October 5, 2026. Construction is expected to be completed by early March 2027 (with interruptions from late December through early February).
The Oberranna path has the path number 7.
Starting point at the Engelhartszell municipal office - past the adventure playground - cross the road - turn right down to the Engelhartszell ll landing stage - down the Danube approx. 5 km to the marker - turn around and return to Engelhartszell Path number: 7 - Nordic-Walking
