From the rehabilitation center to the main road - right to Gasthof Danzer - left on the road Aspach/Roßbach - Pimberg - Binderkapelle (benches with good panoramic views) - continue on the asphalt road to the sharp left bend - turn right onto the dirt road - after about 150 m turn right - downhill through the "Hagndobl" to the village of Kasting - right on the Kasting goods road back to Aspach and the rehabilitation center
From the Kneipp spa house to the main road - left to Danzer inn - right on the road Aspach/Roßbach - Pimberg - Binder chapel (resting benches with good panoramic views) - continue on the asphalt road to the sharp left turn - there turn right onto the dirt road - after about 150 m turn right (altern: straight ahead on the hiking trail in the direction of Fraham) - downhill through the "Hagndobl" to the village of Kasting - turn right on the Güterweg Kasting back to Aspach - turn left on trail no. 10 to the Kastingerhölzl Starting place: 5252 Aspach
