From the rehabilitation center towards the center of the village - after approx. 300 m turn left along the Leithenbach to the main road - continue to the Geburtenwald - continue to Mitterberg - turn left to Leithen - Kreuzweg - in Leithen turn left and immediately left again to the Kastingerhölzl and back to the starting point. 

From the spa house to the main road - turn left to the Danzer inn - turn right onto the road Aspach/Roßbach - after 300 m turn right onto the Kasting trail - Kasting village - on the gravel road further to the forest - along the forest further - across the stream to the farm on the hill - on the gravel road to the right to the village Leithen - path Leithen - way of the cross stations - via the path Buchleithing back to Aspach
