GRINDELSBERG-HÖHWIRT-WEG | INNVIERTEL exercise arena

From the  rehabilitation center towards the town center, turn right before  to the water treading pool to the road to Migelsbach - turn left to Migelsbach -  turn left at the Harrer chapel - up to the extinguishing pond in the village - there turn right onto the road to Höhnhart - after about 300 m turn left along a hollow path to the edge of the forest - follow the middle path uphill to the "Grafhöhe" - there turn left - on the ridge over the Grindelsberg and Schloßberg to the Spercheneder chapel, several benches - from the chapel follow the ascending path to the gravel road (approx. 15 minutes) and from there about 15 minutes to the Höhwirt - viewpoint and bench - from there towards Mettmach to the Adelsbergerkreuz - viewpoint and benches and tables  - along the edge of the forest  and paddock - in the forest turn left towards Baumgarten - then left towards Rottersham - viewpoint and bench - in Rottersham via Ecking and Englham back to Aspach 

From the spa house on the road to Migelsbach (right) - turn left at the Harrer chapel - to the fire pond in the village - turn right onto the road to Höhnhart - after about 300 m turn left along a hollow path to the edge of the forest (about 15 minutes) and route no. 14, follow the road to the "Grafenhöhe" - turn left to the left, uphill along the Grindelsberg and Schloßberg to Spercheneder chapel, several resting benches - from there about 15 minutes to "Höhwirt" inn (right).
