This demanding route requires a good level of fitness. Route length: approx. 60 km From Holzöster we cycle via Pimbach with a slight incline to Dorfibm. The tour takes us along the Ibmer See lake to Ibm with slight inclines. We continue through the Ibmer Moor, past the Ibmer Moor nature reserve until shortly before Hackenbuch, where we turn left towards Weichsee and then continue uphill to Moosdorf. From there, the route continues slightly uphill and downhill via Jedendorf to Dorfbeuern and Michaelbeuern. Here we continue downhill to Durchham, with a steeper ascent to Rudersberg and a slight descent to Perwang. The route then leads to Berndorf, from where it goes slightly uphill again and via Unterhöpfling, Meierhof, Schwandt, Geiersberg, Spazenegg, Absmann, Webersdorf, Doppl, Brandstätt, Simmerstatt, Edt to Dorfleiten. From here, the route leads up a steep incline to the Kaiserbuche, the highest point of this route at 756 metres above sea level. From there, the road descends more or less steeply to Schlößl. From here, we cycle along the main road for a short stretch until we reach the B156. At Weitwörth, we cycle alongside the main road until shortly before Oberndorf and continue into the town until we reach the Salzach. We then cycle northwards along the Salzach through Altach, past Lettensau to the turn-off to St. Georgen. From this junction, the route continues to Irlach and with slight ascents and descents via Ölling and Moosbach, St. Pantaleon, Laubenbichl, Loidersdorf and Steinwang to Eggenham. Turn left at the crossroads and return to Holzöster via Franking.
