Wallern - Movement-Arena & High path

Start is at the Europaplatz directly in front of the Tourist-Info. Here you can get information on the overview board or you can get the map "Bewegungsarena" directly at the tourist information.
The path leads east over the road bridge and then right along the Paracelsus path past the Vitadrom sports park and fire station to the roundabout. Here the path follows the river "Trattnach" to the left, crossing it again over the bridge, following it at the sports field under the ÖBB line and then branching off as the Trattnachtal nature trail into the neighboring community of Wallern an der Trattnach. There the path leads through the center of the village, past the Roman Catholic Parish Church and the Protestant Church of the Holy Trinity. Take advantage of the opportunities to stop at Guesthouse Schaich or Café Wallern. Afterwards, the path always winds its way through the settlements at the same altitude. After crossing a small strip of forest, you will return to the center of Bad Schallerbach with a view of the parish church. Passing many places to stop for refreshments, the trail continues past the train station in the direction of the "Arena" walking and cycling underpass with its fountain, which is well worth seeing, back to the starting point.
