Hongar - Rundwanderweg

This tour first takes us to Gasthaus Schwarz on the Hongar (see "Hike via Loitzenwies to the Hongar"). From there, we follow a beautiful hiking trail to the Hongaralm, where we enjoy a magnificent view at an altitude of 943 metres. We then hike eastwards along the Hongar ridge to the "Hohe Luft" (917 m). There we branch off in the direction of Schimpl-Gupf (Ackersberg 838 m) and walk steadily downhill over the Buchberg to Kasten. From here we hike back to Looh via Halbmoos and Gstötten.
