The Pammer inn in Guttenbrunn near Hirschbach is known for its special qualities. The typical Mühlviertel farmhouse with a small courtyard has been a pub since 1714 and has been owned by the Pammer family for generations. The old parlour, wood-panelled and heated by a tiled stove, is a place to sit and talk.

The wood-burning table cooker gives the excellent dishes, which are mainly prepared from the family's own organic farm produce and that of the surrounding area, that certain something of aroma and flavour that satisfies even the most discerning palates.

The former cowshed with its gracefully slender granite pillars and tasteful furnishings is a popular venue for family celebrations and parties. Cultural events take place in the pretty inner courtyard and the sunny guest garden throughout the summer.
