In 2016, the musical marsh rose "Landstreich," which had grown out of the student swamp of the 90s, made a comeback after an 11-year absence as "Landstreich plus." The efforts since then to rethink the civilizational process while restoring the original state of creative creation culminate in a Rena-TOUR-ification attempt in 2025.

Landstreich plus: renaturated
It was the student swamp of the 90s that the musical marsh rose "Landstreich" owes its first bloom to. The (then) humid-warm climate of New Folk Music produced a creature that soon identified itself as a nightshade plant and felt more aligned with the genus of music cabaret.
After the mythological encounter with a bull from Salzburg in 2003 – it could also have just been a hotly disguised Zeus – "Landstreich" disappeared and did not return for a full 11 years starting in 2005. In 2016, it came back, now enhanced with a "plus" as "Landstreich plus," and has since been trying to rethink the civilizational process while restoring the original state of creative creation. In 2023, a milestone was achieved when the LIVE CD "Landstreich plus – We Agree!" was recorded.
In 2025, Landstreich aims to be taken off the red list with 16 concert confirmations. Whether the attempt at renaturation will succeed will show on some of Austria's most exciting stages.
