An idyllic excursion destination during your holiday in the Mühlviertel: located directly on the Johannesweg, Silberbergerweg, the Tour de Alm and the Mühlviertel riding trail network, the thatched schnapps pavilion (self-service) awaits you. Here you can enjoy a selection of award-winning distillates (whisky, schnapps, brandies and liqueurs) from the farm's own distillery.

Right next door is the organic farm shop, which invites you to taste and shop. The range includes a variety of quality products from the farm's own production:
_Distillates that can exceed your expectations: from Kaltenberg whisky and Tschin, to fine grain brandies and unusual liqueurs such as sage, fir top, blackcurrant and quince.
Bacon, sausage, lard and, on selected dates, Hendel, beef and pork, bratwurst, Käsekrainer and Leberkäse. Everything from the farm.

Monika and Mario Thauerböck's farm, including their own organic distillery, is located in the eastern Mühlviertel in Kaltenberg, directly on the 84 km long Johannesweg, in the middle of the Mühlviertel hills, has been certified organic since 1992 and is run as a family business. The heart of the business is the loving production of a wide range of quality products, in which the joy of life can be found in all its fullness.
