The Bavarian-Upper Austrian Europeservat Unterer Inn extends cross-border 55 kilometers of river from the Salzachmündung to the mouth of the Rott at Neuhaus / Schärding. It consists of water areas, mud banks, alluvial forests and 55,000 ha islands.
