Roles | Expectations | Perceptions
Which of these do you think you are, and which ones truly belong to you?
What do you need to let go of so you can reconnect with yourself?
November 6, 2026
In this workshop, you’ll have the opportunity to pause, observe, and let go. Connect with Mother Nature and remind yourself to tap into her power more consciously. Through various exercises and prompts, you’ll turn your attention to your inner beliefs, roles, and expectations. You’ll have the opportunity to consciously examine them and determine for yourself which ones are truly yours and which ones you’d like to let go of. I’ll also provide suggestions and inspiration to help you recognize your inner calling and align your life with it.
