Musiksommer: Minetti Quartett

Beethoven200, Classical

Following their impressive Beethoven CD recording from 2014, the Minettis will once again engage intensively with the works of the great composer in 2027, presenting the first Razumowski quartet from his middle period, combined with one of his last works in the string quartet genre. Minetti Quartet
The Minetti Quartet, half of whom come from Upper Austria, came together in 2003 at the Vienna Music University during their solo studies with members of the legendary Alban Berg Quartet.
They found an early decisive mentor and supporter in Johannes Meissl from the Artis Quartet. International competition successes led to an intensive concert activity in Europe, America, Asia, and Australia. CD recordings, radio, and video concert recordings document their nearly 25-year quartet career, which they regularly share with great musical personalities such as Fazil Say, Kit Armstrong, Till Fellner, among others. www.minettiquartett.at
