A game dinner in the Forest Kitchen

Autumn is settling into the Sauwald. The evenings are growing longer, the light is becoming softer, and in the Forest Kitchen, game takes centre stage on the plate.

From 31 October to 15 November, our kitchen team will be adding a selection of exquisite game specialities to the menu. Take your time, enjoy cosy moments and the flavours of the season, and round off the day with a delicious meal.
