Movie Night - I Understand Your Frustration

Heike works as a site manager in the building cleaning industry. Every day, she rushes back and forth between fashion stores, a daycare center, and a nursing home to supervise her staff’s work and, if necessary, lend a hand herself. In doing so, she constantly mediates between clients, company management, and the cleaning staff. After she tries to poach an employee from a key subcontractor, the subcontractor threatens to withdraw his support unless he is given more hours and a higher share of revenue. In order to meet these demands, Heike finds herself increasingly caught in a conflict between her responsibility toward her own employees and the harsh conditions of the low-wage sector—and is steadily reaching her limits.
