Maunra, Gyfth, Hills Like White Lions & Lära

Maunra is a five-piece blackened post/sludge metal band from Vienna that has been a notable presence in the Austrian underground music scene for quite a few years. The band worships the riff and pushes the boundaries of the genre by incorporating elements of post-metal, black metal, and hardcore into their creative vision, as well as delivering some fierce vocals.

Gyfth – A mix of post-metal, punk, and hardcore. With a dark (and at times tongue-in-cheek) attitude of world-weariness, they take a socially critical and left-leaning approach to stirring up trouble in today’s society.


Hills Like White Lions—Founded in Amstetten, Lower Austria, the band Hills Like White Lions transports listeners—with their self-titled album—into the deepest valleys, through endless caves, and up to the highest peaks —weaving together euphoria and melancholy as the band offers a colorful mix of emotional and varied music.
