Presentation and Opening of the Exhibition “Flood Protection on the Dürre Ager”

At the House of Culture, project manager DI Gerhard Schlachl will present the “Flood Protection on the Dürre Ager” project. A accompanying photo exhibition documenting historical flood events along the Dürre Ager will also open and remain on display through the end of January 2027. Following the presentation, a guided tour of the retention basin construction sites will be offered at 1:30 p.m.

Presentation and Opening of the Exhibition “Flood Protection for the Dürre Ager”

The Haus der Kultur in St. Georgen im Attergau will host a comprehensive presentation of the important “Flood Protection on the Dürre Ager” project. Project manager DI Gerhard Schlachl will provide in-depth insights into the planning and objectives of regional flood protection.

At the same time, an impressive photo exhibition will open, vividly documenting the history and scale of past flood events along the Dürre Ager. The exhibition will remain on view at the Haus der Kultur through the end of January 2027. As a practical addition, a guided tour of the flood retention basins currently under construction will take place afterward at 1:30 p.m.
