As part of this event, participants will tour the two water supply facilities in Schörfling (well and elevated tank) as well as the facilities of the Oberhehenfeld Water Cooperative (spring intake and elevated tank) together by bicycle or in carpools.

Our Water Supply of the Future – Schörfling

Learn firsthand how the regional drinking water supply is secured: In Schörfling, you’ll travel by bike or in carpool groups to the central facilities of the local water supply system.

The program includes a tour of the two municipally-owned water supply facilities, featuring their wells and elevated storage tanks. Participants will also visit the Oberhehenfeld Water Cooperative to see its spring intake and the associated elevated tank up close and gain informative insights into the technology and future of the local water supply.
