Five music enthusiasts from Upper Austria have come together under this name—driven by their shared love of Irish music. The lineup includes Sandra Schwarz (vocals), Jolanda Schwarz (accordion), Maria Kratochwil from Zell am Moos (flute & whistle), Lucia Eder (violin), and Herwig Stieger (percussion).
The result is interactive music with a powerful drive: the fiddle, whistle, and bodhrán set the tone; the rhythm grows increasingly intense, penetrates the body, and creates an almost trance-like pull. That’s exactly what makes Molly Mallone’s music so perfect for an evening at the tavern: earthy, rhythmic, lively, and full of energy.
