Before my chair yoga classes start up again this fall, I have something special for you:
Pilot Project: Garden Chair Yoga at the Kulturvilla Vorchdorf
Enjoy a relaxing yoga session in the open air—with gentle movements, fresh air, and a little time just for yourself.
Dates: Aug. 6 | Aug. 20 | Sept. 3, 2026
Each session runs from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00a.m. Feel free to bringa friend or family member—exercising together is even more fun.

Please register by 6:00 p.m. the day before at the latest.
Pilot project: The session will take place with a minimum of 5 participants and is limited to a maximum of 10 participants.
In case of bad weather, we’ll meet at the Kulturvilla Vorchdorf.
