Energy Evening - Expectations

Sometimes we don't lie to others—we lie to ourselves.

Out of fear of change, out of habit, or because it seems easier. Yet it is precisely these self-deceptions that often prevent us from consciously following our own path.

But the expectations we place on ourselves can also create pressure. The pressure to do everything right, not to disappoint anyone, or to always have to be strong often takes more energy than we realize.

During this “Energy Evening,” we’ll explore which expectations support us and which ones restrict us or even harm us.

Together, we’ll explore how we can learn to distinguish between others’ expectations and our own path.

After all, not every expectation needs to be met. And not every expectation is truly meant for you. Some can be consciously let go of.
This creates more space for you—and for what truly belongs to you.
