When folk music meets living tradition, the result is a truly special musical experience. At the Hoamatklang event at the Kulturstadl Moarhof on Saturday, September 5, in Eidenberg, brass bands, dance music ensembles, and folk music groups from the Mühlviertel region and beyond will come together to make music and showcase the diversity of Alpine folk music.
On Sunday, September 6, the day begins with an outdoor Mass, followed by a cozy morning get-together where the Baumkirchen Brass Band from Tyrol will provide top-notch musical entertainment.

The Eidenberg Music Association cordially invites you to the two-day Hoamatklang festival. Look forward to a weekend dedicated to folk music, community, and living tradition. Numerous folk music, brass band, and dance music groups from the Mühlviertel region and beyond will present a varied program, turning the Kulturstadl Moarhof into a special gathering place for music lovers.
6:00 p.m. – Gathering of musicians, followed by open jam session.
7:00 p.m. – Start of the “Hoamatklang”
On two stages, the participating folk music groups showcase their skills and create a unique atmosphere with traditional sounds.
Approx. 9:30 p.m. – Joint performance
To conclude the official program, all performers will play together, creating a special musical highlight.
The event is rounded out by a wine bar and a schnapps bar, inviting guests to enjoy a cozy end to the evening while listening to the impromptu music.
