80 Years of Mountain Rescue in the Kremstal

Together, we celebrate 80 years of dedication, courage, and camaraderie

For eight decades, we’ve been there whenever help is needed in the mountains. We’d like to celebrate this special anniversary with you!

Come by and take a look behind the scenes with us at the Kremstal Mountain Rescue Station.

• When & Where? At the Micheldorf Recreation Park

• What can you expect? An exciting presentation of our work, as well as an emotional retrospective featuring the best photos and videos from 80 years of mountain rescue history. Extreme mountaineer Peter Habeler will share stories from his life, discuss current topics, and participate in an interesting panel discussion where rescue candidates and rescued individuals will also have their say.

• Refreshments will be provided: rolls and cold drinks will be available on-site for a fee.
