Austrian National Championships and Open Endurance Riding Tournament in Schöneben!

The Schöneben Cross-Country Center becomes a gathering place for enthusiastic endurance riders from all over Austria. The regional associations of the Austrian Equestrian Federation send teams, each representing their respective state, to compete for the title of Austrian Team Championship.

Each team consists of five riders:

• 1 participant in the long-distance race over 100 km
• 2 participants in the middle distance over 80 km or 60 km
• 2 participants in the short distance over 40 km

In addition to the National Championship, an open endurance riding tournament is also held. This gives riders of all skill levels the opportunity to participate in the event.

Schedule

Friday

• Pre-competition examination of the horses by the tournament veterinarians
• Official pre-event briefing for participants and support staff

Saturday

• Start of the individual competitions at their respective start times
• Holding of the State Championship and the open competitions
• Followed by the awards ceremony and recognition of successful individual and team performances
